Abstract
The implementation of PCC can be influenced by psychosocial factors among healthcare workers, such as Burnout, professional quality of life, and job satisfaction. High workload and emotional demands may reduce the well-being of healthcare workers and ultimately affect the quality of care provided. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Burnout, professional quality of life, and job satisfaction on the implementation of PCC among healthcare workers at Puskesmas Sebamban II, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was used, involving 63 respondents selected through total sampling. Data were collected using the Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL-5), Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS), and Person-Centered Care Assessment Tool (P-CAT). Data analysis was conducted using Spearman correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that Burnout had a negative but non-significant relationship with PCC, while professional quality of life had a positive but non-significant relationship. Job satisfaction demonstrated a positive and significant effect on PCC (β = 0.370; p = 0.003). Simultaneously, job satisfaction was identified as the most influential factor in improving PCC implementation. In conclusion, job satisfaction is the main determinant influencing PCC implementation.
