Authors who publish with the Journal of Contemporary Islamic Law and Studies (JCILS) agree to transfer copyright of their accepted manuscript to the journal.

The journal holds the copyright to:

  • Ensure long-term preservation and accessibility

All articles published in JCILS are licensed under the:
